Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please send us an email.
Returned items must be new, complete, unused, and undamaged. If a product can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In that case, the product will be sent back to you.
Returns can be sent by post or delivered to a pickup point.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund within 2 working days.
